Job Description
▪ Follow up on pending /due POs with Suppliers
▪ Monitoring the Material Requests / Work Orders issued by Requesting Depts on MAXIMO System.
▪ Have thorough understanding and knowledge of all storage and receiving procedures.
▪ Well aware of Mechanical spares and specifications
▪ Working knowledge in ERP Systems (like IBM MAXIMO)
▪ Receiving, issuance, reconciliation, tracking of Maximo based inventory management.
▪ Receive equipment, materials or supplies ordered verifying against specifications on requisition or other documents.
▪ Store/ safekeep materials, supplies or equipment according to weight, size, safety precautions, expired date or other concern.
▪ Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
▪ Supply Requesting Departments with requested items from Central Store within the agreed time limits. Ensure on time delivery and replenishment of stock.
▪ Have full working knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of Store.
▪ Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Store Coordinator.
▪ Perform any other related duty as assigned by the Store Coordinator, in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.
▪ Comply with the ISO 9001: 2015 QMS and QCFE requirements in applicable job areas / functions.
Requirements
Work requirements: 3 Months
Working hrs: 8 hours/day and 6 days/week
Skills Required
- Thorough understanding of storage and receiving procedures
- Working knowledge in ERP Systems like IBM MAXIMO
- Knowledge of Mechanical spares and specifications
- Ability to submit periodic reports to the Store Coordinator
