OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

As a Stocktake Coordinator, you'll support the Stocktake Governance Manager to enhance stocktaking capabilities and improve service delivery efficiency.

Your key responsibilities will include executing stocktake and spot check programs, operating inventory management systems, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders.

  • Plan and execute stocktake and spot check programs

  • Analyse and evaluate information to report discrepancies and stocktaking issues

  • Ensure stocktakes are initiated and completed within the planned timeframe

  • Conduct and record stock counts and participate in Research, Investigation, and Stocktaking processes

  • Prepare and provide relevant reports, achieving performance targets in stocktaking

  • Collaborate with other Stocktake Coordinators and liaise with depot staff to address warehousing matters

  • Support the Stocktake Governance Manager and participate in departmental meetings for continuous improvement

  • Contribute to Operations Group activities and undertake small projects as required

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Excellent attention to detail with very good numeric, oral and written communication skills

  • Broad knowledge and experience in stocktaking and warehouse processes

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Experience within the defence and/or warehousing environment would be highly advantageous

Skills Required
