Position Overview

We are seeking a Steward to support our culinary and food & beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a safe and efficient environment that supports exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dish area, and back-of-house spaces
  • Properly handle, sort, and store clean and soiled items
  • Assist with pot washing and cleaning of kitchen equipment
  • Maintain organization of storage areas and ensure proper stocking of supplies
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures
  • Support Culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Adhere to and uphold company attendance and punctuality standards, ensuring reliability and consistent coverage to support operational needs
 QualificationsQualifications
  • Previous stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain consistent standards
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, moisture, and cleaning chemicals
Compensation

$17.00 – $17.90 per hour
Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and business needs.
