Oversee hotel finance operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow, internal controls, payroll review, vendor purchasing, tax compliance, and lead the finance team to support strategic decision-making.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance across a 185-room hotel and on-site restaurant, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and equipment repair. Inspect property, respond to guest requests, keep maintenance records, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.

Maintain hotel facilities through routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and work-order responses. Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance. Monitor building automation systems, maintain appearance, record work and parts, ensure safety compliance, and support other departments with set-ups and drills.

Sell and secure group and corporate business for the Stamford Marriott, build client relationships, conduct presentations and calls, negotiate rates and contracts, forecast revenue, analyze competition, develop market strategies, and collaborate with leadership to drive bookings and hotel revenue.

Prepare and serve beverages, take orders, verify IDs, handle cash, maintain stocked and sanitary bar, recommend drinks, prep garnishes, and comply with food and beverage regulations while delivering friendly guest service.

Lead multi-property marketing for hotels, restaurants, and bars. Develop integrated campaigns, uphold brand standards, direct creative and design, manage social media, PR, advertising, promotions and events, and mentor two Marketing Coordinators while partnering with operations to drive revenue and guest engagement.

Supervise front desk operations, ensure efficient check-in/check-out and payment processing, handle guest inquiries and complaints, train and lead front desk staff, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, maintain logs and financial balances, and uphold company policies and guest service standards.

Serve as the on-property liaison for group sales: contract and close group business, conduct site inspections, forecast and achieve group revenue goals, ensure smooth turnover to event operations, build customer relationships, and execute brand service standards.

Support property engineering operations: plan and track preventative maintenance, assist budget/capital management, maintain HVAC/R, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, generators and life-safety systems, supervise staff and contractors, respond to emergencies 24/7, perform inspections and repairs, train and coach associates to ensure safety, asset protection, and guest satisfaction.

Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance for hotel facilities. Lead and coach engineering staff, maintain HVAC/electrical/plumbing systems, respond to guest requests, perform inspections, manage work orders, ensure safety/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with departments to support hotel operations.

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, provide leadership to department heads, manage budgets and financial forecasting, recruit and train staff, ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate on long-term operational strategy to improve efficiency and profitability.
