Perform routine and preventive maintenance across a 185-room hotel and on-site restaurant, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and equipment repair. Supervise daily stewarding operations, lead and coach stewarding staff, ensure sanitation and safety compliance, maintain cleanliness and inventory, perform inspections, support scheduling, and collaborate with Culinary and F&B leaders to enable smooth kitchen/back-of-house operations.

Support housekeeping team by cleaning and stocking guest rooms, public areas, and linen closets; remove trash and linen, restock carts, sanitize rollaway beds/cribs, assist with laundry, report maintenance/safety issues, respond promptly to guest/co-worker requests, and provide exceptional guest service.

Develop integrated campaigns, uphold brand standards, direct creative and design, manage social media, PR, advertising, promotions and events, and mentor two Marketing Coordinators while partnering with operations to drive revenue and guest engagement.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks, maintain sales records, process orders, coordinate logistics and client communications, assist with proposals and events, manage hotel room blocks, and ensure timely, professional responses to clients.

Supervise front desk operations, ensure efficient check-in/check-out and payment processing, handle guest inquiries and complaints, train and lead front desk staff, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, maintain logs and financial balances, and uphold company policies and guest service standards.
