Directs daily hotel security and loss prevention operations, protecting guests, employees, property, and assets. Leads security staff, conducts patrols and investigations, manages emergency procedures, accident prevention, risk controls, reporting, claims documentation, and compliance. Coaches employees, handles disputes and guest concerns, maintains first aid and CPR certifications, coordinates with Human Resources and local law enforcement, and supports exceptional guest service and departmental financial performance.

Manages hotel room inventory, assignments, availability, and pre-arrival planning to ensure rooms are prepared for guests. Coordinates with Reservations, Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering to resolve room-related issues, accommodate preferences, manage upgrades and special requests, and address overbooking or maintenance situations. Provides organized, calm, guest-focused support while maintaining efficient room flow and elevated service standards.

Lead the hotel’s sales and catering operation during a $50 million transformation. Develop sales and marketing strategies, drive group, corporate, wedding, social, and event business, build key relationships, position the property in the market, grow revenue, and coach a high-performing team while partnering with hotel leadership and operations.

Provides administrative and operational HR support for resort associates and leaders. Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations initiatives, benefits and payroll support, compliance documentation, reporting, and HR office operations. Serves as a resource for associate questions, maintains confidentiality, supports engagement programs, and assists with employment-related processes including status changes, claims, verifications, and separations.

Supervise evening stewarding operations across hotel kitchens, banquet areas, outlets, and the pool kitchen. Lead staff, maintain sanitation and safety standards, coordinate event kitchen setup and breakdown, oversee waste disposal, inspect equipment, manage cleaning supplies, and ensure silverware, china, and glassware are service-ready. Train team members, support deep-cleaning schedules, and collaborate with culinary and banquet leadership.

Enhances hotel guests’ experiences through warm engagement, personalized recommendations, pre-arrival communication, satisfaction follow-ups, complaint resolution, and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams. Maintains detailed guest records, promotes hotel packages and loyalty programs, and assists with special events. Requires strong communication, organization, flexibility, and the ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 25 pounds.

Maintain hotel facilities through routine and emergency repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting. Inspect, troubleshoot and operate building automation systems, respond to guest and staff work orders, perform preventive maintenance, keep maintenance records, ensure safety compliance, and assist other departments with setups and emergency procedures.

Greet and assist guests with luggage, escort to rooms, provide local and property information, coordinate transportation and valet, maintain bell stand and luggage storage, follow safety and cash-handling procedures, support group/VIP arrivals, and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Supervise front desk operations, ensure efficient check-in/check-out and payment processing, handle guest inquiries and complaints, train and lead front desk staff, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, maintain logs and financial balances, and uphold company policies and guest service standards.

Serve as the on-property liaison for group sales: contract and close group business, conduct site inspections, forecast and achieve group revenue goals, ensure smooth turnover to event operations, build customer relationships, and execute brand service standards.

Supervise daily engineering operations and maintenance for hotel facilities. Lead and coach engineering staff, maintain HVAC/electrical/plumbing systems, respond to guest requests, perform inspections, manage work orders, ensure safety/OSHA compliance, and coordinate with departments to support hotel operations.

Maintain hotel facilities through routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and work-order responses. Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance. Monitor building automation systems, maintain appearance, record work and parts, ensure safety compliance, and support other departments with set-ups and drills.

Perform routine and preventive maintenance across a 185-room hotel and on-site restaurant, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and equipment repair. Inspect property, respond to guest requests, keep maintenance records, follow safety protocols, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment.
