The RoleDuties & Responsibilities
  • Clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, utensils, and cookware in accordance with food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas, work surfaces, and storage zones.
  • Operate commercial dishwashing and pot-washing machines safely and effectively.
  • Sweep, mop, and remove garbage and recycling from designated kitchen areas.
  • Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials, paper products, and sanitation supplies.
  • Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
  • Assist with kitchen setup and teardown for catering events and daily service operations.
  • Support culinary staff by ensuring necessary tools and equipment are available and clean.
  • Follow all Legends and venue health, safety, and sanitation policies.
  • Perform all duties efficiently while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently or as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience
  • Previous experience in a kitchen, hospitality, or custodial environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, and safe handling practices.
  • Ability to safely operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting while performing cleaning and setup duties.
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Exposure to hot, humid, or wet kitchen environments.
  • Requires clear vision, hearing, and communication to ensure safety and efficiency.
