Summary
T2S Solutions (T2S, LLC) is seeking a motivated Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) Intern to support various technical departments, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge projects within their field of study. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges, while developing technical skills and contributing to key projects that drive innovation in the organization.
Responsibilities
Project Support & Technical Assistance
- Assist with engineering, data analysis, and technical projects within the organization
- Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and contribute to the development of technical reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Support ongoing departmental projects and technical initiatives through analysis, testing, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions and drive project goals forward
Skills Development & Applied Learning
- Gain hands-on experience in fields such as engineering, data science, computer programming, or other STEM disciplines
- Apply technical concepts learned in your academic studies to real-world scenarios
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Contribute innovative ideas to streamline processes, improve systems, or develop new technological solutions
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify creative solutions for complex technical challenges
- Provide feedback on technical projects and offer suggestions for continuous improvement
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate effectively with engineers, researchers, and technical staff to ensure successful project execution

Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance
- Strong academic performance in relevant courses

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Compensation
- This role pays $20/hr.
