Responsibilities:
- ü Review and verify operational reports for accuracy and completeness;
- ü Monitor correctness of entered data and follow up on discrepancies;
- ü Request and consolidate reports related to company vehicles and field operations;
- ü Track truck presence within designated work zones (based on internal systems);
- ü Communicate with supervisors and field employees regarding reporting updates;
- ü Assist new employees with proper report completion procedures;
- ü Prepare and maintain timesheets and structured operational records;
- ü Support management with operational reporting and coordination tasks.
Requirements:
- ü Bachelor’s Degree is a must;
- ü Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- ü Ability to work with reports and structured data;
- ü English — basic to intermediate (for internal documentation);
- ü Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under pressure of deadlines.
