Lead identification, qualification, and capture of product sales opportunities in defense and space. Build relationships with DoD and prime contractors, develop pursuit strategies, translate technical requirements into value propositions, coordinate internal teams for proposals, track market trends, and represent the company at industry and customer events.

Support engineering, data analysis, and technical projects by conducting research, analyzing data, testing and troubleshooting, and contributing to reports and presentations. Collaborate with technical teams, propose process improvements, and develop hands-on skills in engineering, data science, or programming while receiving mentorship and professional feedback.

Support IT infrastructure and cybersecurity for an experimentation platform: system and network administration, hardware/software management, asset lifecycle, security monitoring and incident response, end-user training, and documentation to maintain secure, stable enterprise systems.

Support full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and hiring events, maintain HR compliance, assist HR projects, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate and employee experiences.

Design and implement end-to-end C5ISR solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into scalable, secure architectures. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, produce clear documentation, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. Estimated travel ~25%.

Provide NAVWAR subject-matter expertise to support JNWC mission: analyze PNT threats, produce multi-intelligence assessments, integrate C4/cyber operations, coordinate with intelligence community and partners, support operations and training, and deliver timely analytic products to inform decision-makers.

Provide systems engineering, acquisition, and sustainment support for C5ISR military communications and electronics. Prepare ARPs, IGCEs, PWS/SOWs, and contract deliverables; review ECPs, RFVs, TMs; support testing and field-level troubleshooting; analyze failure trends, manage PQDR/DLA 339 dispositions, and mitigate DMSMS obsolescence risks while coordinating with DoD stakeholders.

Perform mechanical design, modeling, analysis, and testing for complex hardware systems. Support FEA, develop requirements, test plans, and verification documentation. Collaborate with manufacturing, integration, and project teams, and follow configuration management.

Provide hands-on C5ISR support for Army cryptographic and network capabilities: manage infrastructure (servers/cloud/hybrid), integrate systems and APIs, deploy/monitor AI/LLM tools, perform Tier-3 troubleshooting, support cybersecurity/cryptography, automate tasks via scripting, and lead small-to-medium technical projects to ensure secure, hardened network operations.
