Develops operational use cases, executes SATCOM waveform conformance tests, integrates RF and network test equipment, analyzes packet traffic and test data, prepares formal test plans and reports, and briefs technical results to government and industry stakeholders. Provides senior-level all-source intelligence integration and multi-discipline analysis supporting NAVWAR missions at the Joint Navigation Warfare Center. Conducts classified and unclassified research, operational intelligence fusion, threat analysis, and data integration across traditional and non-traditional sources. Supports strategic and operational objectives involving C4, cyber, cyberspace operations, and PNT environments for combatant and joint force commanders.

Supports Department of Defense navigation warfare missions through NAVWAR and PNT operational analysis. Provides subject matter expertise to combatant and joint force commanders, conducts Hardware-in-the-Loop simulations, supports engineering and deployed PNT environments, analyzes RF and engineering data, and uses modeling and simulation tools including GIANT, GIANT RPM, Builder, and STK.

Leads complex defense acquisition and systems engineering projects across requirements development, acquisition planning, technical evaluation, lifecycle management, sustainment, logistics, and modernization. Develops acquisition documents, cost and feasibility analyses, technical assessments, schedules, risk analyses, executive briefings, and decision-support materials. Coordinates government, engineering, contracting, logistics, suppliers, and other stakeholders while supporting Army and Department of War technology programs.

Supports defense and government manufacturing programs through production engineering, manufacturing-readiness assessments, configuration and technical-data management, acquisition support, lifecycle sustainment, quality improvement, supply-chain resilience, and industrial-base development. The role conducts technical, cost, schedule, and production-risk analyses; evaluates suppliers and manufacturing capabilities; prepares decision-support documentation; supports engineering changes and audits; and coordinates stakeholders across engineering, logistics, acquisition, contracting, and program management.

Design, integrate, and maintain secure multi-enclave network architectures meeting NSA CSfC and DoD/Army requirements. Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, routing, VRF, IDS/IPS, virtualization, Windows and RHEL systems, and SIEMs. Develop automation scripts, produce architecture and test documentation, perform vulnerability assessments, and support lab, integration, and field activities with up to 25% travel.
