Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize NLP models for multilingual and regional text processing.
Implement and fine-tune transformer-based models (BERT, IndicNLP, HuggingFace).
Build robust pipelines for tokenization, parsing, and named entity recognition (NER).
Optimize NLP models for accuracy, scalability, and performance across diverse languages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions into products.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and apply them to real-world problems.
Skills Required
- 4+ years NLP/ML experience
- Experience fine-tuning transformer-based models (BERT)
- Experience with HuggingFace ecosystem
- Experience with IndicNLP or regional language NLP tools
- Tokenization pipeline development experience
- Named Entity Recognition (NER) model development experience
- Parsing and syntactic analysis experience
- Multilingual model optimization and deployment experience
- Ability to integrate NLP solutions with cross-functional product teams
