The Role
As a Statistician Recruitment and Training Analyst you'll help us build one clear, consistent way to recruit and train our statisticians. You'll keep our recruitment practices and training materials up to date. And you'll guide new statisticians through their onboarding, so they feel supported from day one.
You'll work closely with the Statistician Network Coordinators and play a key part in making the whole process run smoothly across the network.
Key responsibilities
- Post and manage statistician job ads across all the platforms we use, then screen and interview candidates.
- Support the Statistician Network Coordinators with recruitment planning.
- Set up profiles and manage system access for new statisticians.
- Coordinate the training and testing of statisticians, and guide them through onboarding.
- Create and maintain all statistician training materials.
- Track and analyse how well training and onboarding work, and check compliance across the network.
- Plan and run workshops and seminars, and prepare regular and one-off reports.
What you'll bring

- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good data management skills and confident use of MS Office.
