The RoleGenius Sports relies on a strong network of statisticians to deliver accurate, live sports data. In this role, you will lead that network across your region. You will make sure coverage runs smoothly, data quality stays high, and procedures are followed. You will plan resources, support the team, and keep everyone informed. Your work helps us deliver reliable coverage for the sports and clients we serve.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver overall network performance against agreed KPIs, including coverage, data quality, and compliance.
- Own resource and capacity planning for the statistician network, and support recruitment and onboarding when needed.
- Make sure statisticians are available for agreed dates, and flag any obstacles or challenges early.
- Monitor match scheduling and applications, and give timely support to keep coverage on track.
- Manage budget compliance for travel, match tickets, and other statistician expenses.
- Keep statisticians up to date on new procedures and policies, run workshops when needed, and gather feedback.
- Oversee accreditation and scout spotting activities, and support operations stakeholders and client meetings as required.
- Excellent command of English and strong verbal communication skills.
- Good resource management and planning skills.
- A methodical, analytical approach to problem solving.
- The ability to stay efficient and calm under pressure, with flexibility around your working schedule.
- Strong data management skills and good MS Office competence.
- A self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented approach.
