- Build strong relationships with surgeons, dealers, and distributors to expand business opportunities.
- Execute product launch plans and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
- Conduct territory analysis, sales forecasting, and pipeline management to enable accurate planning.
- Identify customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and negotiate to close high‑value opportunities.
- Monitor regional profitability, focusing on gross margin improvement and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement dealer management strategies to enhance channel performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure consistent delivery of sales objectives.
- Strengthen processes across billing, invoicing, shipments, and dealer operations for higher efficiency.
- Implement inventory control measures to reduce obsolescence and manage slow‑moving stock.

What you need:
- Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline
- At least 10-15 years sales and marketing experience (preferred medical capital) with minimum 2-3 years or people manager experience
- Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management. Proven track record of 3 years of consistent performer. Achievement in all 4 quarter targets
- This job requires professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience, to supplement formal knowledge, in order to apply principles and concepts of own subject/technical discipline in resolving issues as they arrive. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual and qualitative information in complicated or novel situations
