Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing, the State Adoptions Marketing Coordinator will support the preparation and tailoring of marketing deliverables across the Great Minds product portfolio for official state adoptions and RFPs. This role will work closely with the State Adoptions/RFP teams and Regional Marketing to ensure an optimal user review experience for Great Minds curricula and that all submission requirements have been met.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare curriculum review landing pages with the required materials and state-specific review resources for state/RFP submissions.
- Coordinate updates to necessary sales support items, including collateral and sales decks, with Design, Project Management, and Sales teams.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers on the setup of automated general awareness messaging for RFPs.
- Support the creation of new reviewer resources, including curriculum review walkthrough recordings and guides.
- Track and communicate details regarding curriculum review requests to Regional Marketing and Sales.
- Research state education policies and trends.
- Additional duties as needed.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related subject.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated self-starter and problem-solver with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate both internally and cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office products (i.e. Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.)
- HubSpot or marketing automation experience preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $43,000.00-$48,000.00, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
