Support the Lead Services Planner to schedule, staff, prepare, and close out professional learning engagements. Maintain scheduling records, confirm logistics with customers and coaches, coordinate materials, trigger invoicing and close-out processes, and ensure timely completion per service level agreements.

Lead and manage a team of senior software engineers (8+) to drive architecture, engineering practices, and product delivery. Influence solutions strategy, collaborate with product and technical leaders, perform code and documentation reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure quality, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the platform.

Lead enterprise talent strategy including workforce planning, job and career frameworks, performance management, learning and leadership development, succession planning, and culture activation. Partner with executives to align talent systems to strategy, embed values across processes, drive inclusion and remote-first ways of working, and scale talent analytics and change initiatives.

Design, build, and maintain NetSuite customizations and integrations to support financial, order-to-cash, and operational processes. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensure performance and governance, troubleshoot integrations (including Salesforce), document solutions, and support ERP roadmap, releases, and continuous improvement efforts. Remote role requiring production NetSuite experience.

Write, edit, and submit state adoption materials and RFP responses for K-12 curricula. Review RFIs/RFPs for requirements, draft proposal language, complete online submission forms, coordinate with sales and content teams, manage deadlines, build templates, proofread, and track assignments to ensure accurate, timely proposals.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core Math curriculum products: market research, user and classroom testing, roadmap, pricing, P&L monitoring, cross-functional alignment, launch, and post-launch performance to ensure instructional coherence and adoption.

Provide advanced pre- and post-sales customer support for orders, shipments, and product information. Own end-to-end issue resolution coordinating with Logistics, Print Operations, and Sales. Monitor support trends, recommend process improvements, create SOPs and knowledge base content, and maintain detailed customer records in Salesforce. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and customer experience.

Lead California sales strategy and revenue for K-12 curricula, managing up to ten field reps. Recruit, coach, forecast, build pipeline, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and represent product in the field to drive adoption and growth.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for enterprise business applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Dayforce, etc.), triage and escalate incidents, maintain SLAs and documentation, assist end users, communicate outages/changes, and collaborate with product owners to reduce support volume and test releases.

Lead strategy and execution for the Math product portfolio, driving vision, roadmap, investment cases, and go-to-market. Partner with content, research, digital, finance, and sales teams to ensure instructional research and student outcomes inform product decisions. Manage budget, post-launch performance, and a team of product managers while establishing user testing and educator feedback systems to iterate and improve adoption, usage, retention, and renewals.

Support the legal team by administrating the contract lifecycle: route contract requests, maintain trackers and contract repository, prepare signature packets, process insurance/vendor forms, compile metrics and reports, coordinate meetings and logistics, perform internal audits, and assist Senior Paralegals with administrative tasks.
