Lead and manage a team of senior software engineers (8+) to drive architecture, engineering practices, and product delivery. Influence solutions strategy, collaborate with product and technical leaders, perform code and documentation reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure quality, scalability, and knowledge sharing across the platform.

Manage contracts end-to-end including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout. Monitor milestones, obligations, and COIs; surface risks; resolve disputes and escalate to attorneys as needed. Maintain contract records, produce monthly reporting, improve processes and contract management system functionality, and support legal team workflows and operational initiatives.

Lead Great Minds' Total Rewards strategy and team, owning compensation, benefits, job architecture, executive pay, pay equity, vendor management, and analytics. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HR to design scalable, compliant reward programs, manage vendors, drive change management, and mitigate operational and compliance risks.

Design, build, and maintain NetSuite customizations and integrations to support financial, order-to-cash, and operational processes. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements, ensure performance and governance, troubleshoot integrations (including Salesforce), document solutions, and support ERP roadmap, releases, and continuous improvement efforts. Remote role requiring production NetSuite experience.

Lead technical strategy, design, and execution of data platforms including data engineering, architecture, ETL, governance, security, and compliance. Build and mentor teams, partner with stakeholders, and deliver shared data models and scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and business objectives.

Lead enterprise talent strategy including workforce planning, job and career frameworks, performance management, learning and leadership development, succession planning, and culture activation. Partner with executives to align talent systems to strategy, embed values across processes, drive inclusion and remote-first ways of working, and scale talent analytics and change initiatives.

Write clear, compelling long- and short-form content (web copy, emails, case studies, blogs, brochures) for educator audiences. Translate research and data into narratives, conduct customer interviews, apply brand voice, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
