Job Description
Ter versterking van het IPS (Integrated Production System) team binnen Organon Oss zijn wij op zoek naar een stagiair.
De opdracht
- Meelopen met het IPS-team en zo meer te leren over de continue verbetercultuur binnen Organon Oss en het ondersteunen van het IPS-team met werkzaamheden.
- Het oppakken en implementeren van één of meerdere kleine verbeterprojecten.
Welkom in het team
Rapporterend aan de IPS-lead zul jij deel uitmaken van het IPS-team, bestaande uit 4 medewerkers. Daarnaast rapporteren ook het Learning & Development team en Communications team aan de IPS-lead. In totaal betreft het 9 medewerkers. Daarnaast ga je samenwerken met diverse collega’s van de Organon Oss locatie, variërend van productiemedewerkers tot supportfuncties.
Jouw profiel
- HBO student (Technische) Bedrijfskunde.
- Uitstekende Nederlandse en Engelse communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel in woord als geschrift.
- Beschikbaar voor een periode van circa 2 maanden voor 5 dagen per week in Oss.
