Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Performance (Contrôle de Gestion) Business Partners pour rejoindre nos équipes. Ce stage vous permettra de développer vos compétences en contrôle de gestion dans un environnement stimulant et international.
Responsabilités**
* Participer à l'élaboration et au suivi des budgets et des forecasts des différentes entités business.
* Montage de nouvelles maquettes de construction pour le budget et le suivi mensuel d'un périmètre donné.
* Contribuer à la préparation des reportings financiers et des présentations pour la direction.
* Apporter un soutien aux Business Partners dans leurs analyses et recommandations.
* Participer à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus de contrôle de gestion.
* Effectuer des études ad-hoc et des analyses spécifiques à la demande des équipes.
Qualifications**
* Étudiant(e) en Master (Bac+4/5) en finance, contrôle de gestion, audit ou école de commerce.
* Une première expérience (stage) en contrôle de gestion ou en finance est un plus.
* Maîtrise avancée d'Excel (fonctions avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques).
* La connaissance d'un ERP (SAP BPC, par exemple) est un atout.
* Rigueur, esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
* Bonnes capacités de communication et d'adaptation.
* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
