Provide leadership, communication, and support across departments as it pertains to both the rehearsal process and day to day show operations. Collaborate across departments to ensure that show integrity and safety is maintained throughout the show run.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help to facilitate and provide high level oversite throughout rehearsals, show run, and other required company events, ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are met and that a consistent, professional, and safe work environment is maintained.
- Collaborate with the Show Operations Leadership Team to help maintain the technical and artistic vision of the Show, including general awareness of onstage and offstage patterns for all departments.
- Collaborate across departments to support the planning, training, and preparation for all upcoming shows.
- Fulfill all duties of a stage manager with accuracy as assigned by your supervisor. This may include scheduling, communication, calling the show, running backstage tracks, documentation, etc.).
- Actively promote and exemplify an environment that upholds our Core Values and Culture.
- Work to build trust and teamwork throughout your entire department and all other Show Operations departments.
- Attend any required leadership meetings as directed by your supervisor.

- Ability to problem solve in a collaborative, positive and decisive manner
Other Skills and / or Requirements:
- Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Working knowledge of theatrical standards and terminology
The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly, and consistently communicating with team members on a headset. This position is expected to lift/exert up to 25 lbs. of force frequently. The full physical requirements of this job are available upon request.
