Per il nostro manufacturing plant di Montecchio Maggiore (Vicenza) con oltre 850 persone siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire in stage per 6 mesi nel team di Continuous Improvement. È possibile, qualora richiesto, poter svolgere un progetto di tesi connesso allo stage.
Lo/la stagista avrà l'opportunità di partecipare ad attività legate al miglioramento continuo aziendale, attraverso l'applicazione delle metodologie Lean in ambito manufacturing.
Attività:
Partecipazione attiva in progetti di miglioramento cross-functional del sito
Analisi e conduzione di attività di problem solving (RCCA)
Gestione del monthly reporting (es. monitoraggio KPI, contabilizzazione saving, ecc.)
Percorso di formazione continua: Lean Practitioner e training on the job
Esempi di progetti (anche per progetto di tesi):
Bilanciamento di una linea di assemblaggio
Dimensionamento di un supermarket e implementazione logiche asservimento
Evento SMED per ottimizzare gli attrezzaggi
Riduzione magazzino di un processo di produzione
Requisiti:
Laurea triennale/magistrale in Ingegneria gestionale, statistica, matematica o affini
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
Orientamento al risultato e approccio analitico
Predisposizione al lavoro di team
Attitudine positiva, proattiva ed energetica
Spirito di iniziativa e voglia di mettersi in gioco
CONTRATTO: Stage 6 mesi
Rimborso spese (510-720 euro al mese) + mensa gratuita
