Nous recherchons trois stagiaires de janvier à juin 2025 (6 mois) au sein de notre département Concurrence.
L’équipe Concurrence de Norton Rose Fulbright Paris compte 1 associée, 1 counsel et 4 collaborateurs dont l’activité couvre les domaines suivants :
Contentieux spécifiques des ententes et abus de position dominante, concentrations, droit de la distribution et pratiques restrictives font partie des dossiers traités par cette équipe, qui intervient principalement dans le domaine de la santé, des institutions financières, de l’énergie et de l’agroalimentaire.
LE STAGE PROPOSE
Missions
Dans le cadre du stage proposé, les stagiaires pourront notamment être amenés à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, rédiger des contrats, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, participer à des audits et, de façon plus générale, assister les collaborateurs et les associés dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs dossiers.
Profil
Les stagiaires devront disposer de solides connaissances en droit de la concurrence et en droit communautaire et être titulaire (ou en cours de scolarité) d’un troisième cycle en droit, complété le cas échéant par une double formation (Collège d’Europe, école de commerce, université anglo-saxonne, etc.).
Une formation économique en parallèle serait un plus.
La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative.
