In deze rol ondersteun je ervaren Analytische Consultants en leer je hoe data wordt omgezet in concrete inzichten die echte bedrijfsbeslissingen ondersteunen. Vanaf dag één word je volledig geïntegreerd in het team en draag je bij aan echte klantprojecten, terwijl je waardevolle analytische en storytellingvaardigheden ontwikkelt.

Deze stage biedt een unieke kans om te begrijpen hoe supermarkten, drogisterijen, tankstations en slijterijen hun business laten groeien.

Analyse & inzichten

  • Ondersteunen van Analytic Consultants bij het voorbereiden van analyses en presentaties voor bekende FMCG-retailers
  • Werken aan category performance reviews (bijv. omzet, marktaandeel, prijs ontwikkeling, promoties)
  • Helpen de “waarom”-vraag achter de trends te begrijpen (bijv. groei of dalende trend door assortiment, prijsstrategie, promotionele aanpak)

Rapportage & tools

  • Ondersteunen van het Customer Success team bij het opzetten, onderhouden en updaten van klantdashboards en rapportages
  • Werken met NielsenIQ-tools en datasets om je technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen

Projecten & teamwork

  • Bijdragen aan teamprojecten en ad-hoc analyses
  • Samenwerken met consultants uit verschillende klantteams
  • Leren hoe je data vertaalt naar duidelijke en overtuigende verhalen

Functie-eisen

  • Momenteel ingeschreven (geldige studentenstatus vereist) aan een Nederlandse universiteit of hogeschool
  • Studie in Business, Economie, Marketing, Analytics of een gerelateerd vakgebied
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en affiniteit met cijfers
  • Oprechte interesse in FMCG (voeding, huishoudproducten, persoonlijke verzorging)
  • Nederlandstalig en goede beheersing van het Engels
  • Sterke Excel- en PowerPointvaardigheden
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en leergierig
  • Fulltime beschikbaar voor 6 maanden

Skills Required

  • Currently enrolled with valid student status at a Dutch university or hogeschool
  • Studying Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and affinity with numbers
  • Genuine interest in FMCG (food, household, personal care)
  • Dutch language proficiency and good command of English
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Accurate, structured and eager to learn
  • Full-time availability for 6 months
  • Experience or willingness to work with NielsenIQ tools and datasets (e.g., Discover)
