Missions :

ESG Reporting

• Explore opportunities to participate in initiatives such as SBTi and Ecovadis.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to prepare and publish ESG reports, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting frameworks (CSRD).

Environmental Focus

• Raise awareness across the company by organizing workshops like Fresque du Climat ou Fresque de la Logistique
• Improve Exotec products' carbon footprint and lifecycle assessments by reviewing data, methodologies, and processes across the workflow from Design to Sales.
• Drive initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint, such as drafting green policies for our purchasing, transportation, waste management and end-of-life management

 Social Focus

• Explore the opportunity to developing employee resource groups in Exotec
• Drive initiatives to promote gender diversity and parity across the company

Profile

• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability and environmental compliance, preferably within the technology or logistics industry.
• Education preferably in engineering or business schools.
• Project management and coordination abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to convey complex ESG concepts to diverse audiences.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to driving positive social and environmental impact through business.
