The Staff Program Manager DEG Business Operations, will support the day-to-day operations within the DRAM Engineering Group (DEG), enabling engineering teams and management to focus on delivering their technical product related goals. In this role, you will develop and support functional business processes and programs, generate actionable data and reporting, manage special projects aligned to your skills and capabilities, manage communications strategies and support core DEG functions and leadership.

This position will be a hybrid role

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with DEG leaders to ensure all aspects of business including planning, communication, headcount, talent acquisition and management are aligned to Micron’s goals
  • Monitor and consistently update staff on performance to plan
  • Identify & support program needs driven by roadmap improvements for headcount, budget and Opex
  • Regular interaction and leadership with global DEG team (including travel)
  • Support DEG communications strategy (including website management, email communication and All Team Meetings)
  • Oversee key metrics to ensure predictable delivery of committed objectives
  • Manage and present to executive level audiences ensuring objectives are clear and optimally communicated
  • Facilitate meetings to accelerate addressing of key development needs
  • Enable the consistent delivery of DEG leader messaging through global All Team Member meetings, newsletters, round table forums and Goal/Action dashboards
  • Provide audit support
  • Drive training
  • Develop and maintain close working partnerships with TPG, Finance and People Organization stakeholders
  • Steward and direct TM led global survey response cohorts, drive actions for DEG leadership
  • Actively support staff and team members

Education: 

  • Required: Bachelors degree in engineering, business or related field of study
  • Preferred: Masters degree in engineering, business or related field study 

Experience:

  • Preferred: 5+ years in engineering and/or operational roles
