Leidos is seeking a Staffing and Resource Manager to join our Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) I3TS PMO team, to support an extensive digital modernization program critical to DTRA and it’s stakeholders.
A secret clearance is required for this role. The work schedule is 50/50 Hybrid and will require a few in-office days each week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, manage and coordinate staffing efforts with TA, subcontracts, finance, security and the PMO.
- Establish internal program staffing processes within program cost and schedule based on requirements.
- Manage, track, monitor, analyze and provide suggestions on internal large staffing roster across multiple tasks and projects, managing vacancies, provide staffing metrics.
- Identify and vet qualified candidates, provide salary and rate approvals.
- Ensure the contract maintains staffing levels across all labor categories and at all locations.
- Oversight of internal program staffing database.
- Produce weekly staffing metric reports to TA, Division, PMO and customer.
- Continual coordination with all support elements (both internal and external of Leidos and the program) that contribute to the effective staffing of program and mission execution.
Basic Qualifications
- Must have an active Secret Security clearance at the time of application.
- Bachelors with 12+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of related experience will be acceptable in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. Ability to interface with task and functional leaders, subcontractors and support personnel.
- Ability to communicate effectively (both in written and oral platforms) with program managers, subcontractors, recruiters, security, HR, and financial personnel
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills, strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Problem-solving mentality and ability to bring process improvements and innovations to the program.
- Experience supervising others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Leidos internal program staffing database.
- 8+ years of previous experience with project/program management within Leidos is preferred.
- Prior DoD experience
- Knowledge of technical IT workforce requirements and skills
- Knowledge of HR and onboarding processes and tools such as Workday
- Experience managing medium to large teams or programs

Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
