Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Staffing Recruiter – High Volume Hiring plays a key role in driving the success of our manufacturing operations by attracting and securing top talent. In this fast-paced environment, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both general labour and specialized roles, supporting one to three sites within your assigned region. Your ability to build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-impact hiring solutions will directly contribute to operational excellence.

This is a temporary 6-month contract position based at our Le Sueur, MN plant (hybrid).

  • Salary range 004: $69,500-$86,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)

Where you will drive value:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing concurrent hiring needs across 1 to 3 manufacturing sites

  • Partner closely with the Plant Director to deliver agile recruitment strategies aligned with production targets

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to quickly adapt talent attraction strategies for hourly roles based on evolving business needs

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process with speed and efficiency: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offers

  • Act as a market expert by providing real-time insights on talent availability and recruiting best practices

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through partnerships with schools, community organizations, and local networks

  • Represent the company proactively at job fairs and industry events, driving candidate engagement and brand visibility

  • Continuously optimize recruitment strategies and tools to improve speed, efficiency, and hiring outcomes

What will enable you to have an impact:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required - Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required.

  • Agency recruitment is a strong asset

  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including the unique challenges and requirements related to hourly workers, required.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools for managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.
