We have an immediate opening for a Staffing Coordinator who can provide scheduling support and caring assistance for our caregivers and our community's most vulnerable.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Field new patient/client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable manner for CICOA
- Coordinate home health aides' schedules on a daily basis.
- Monitor, mediate, and log both patient/client and home health aides in the system
- Follow up on home health assignments and patient/client services
- Ensure optimal utilization of CICOA, WAIVER, VA, and Prior Authorization hours
- Participate in on-call rotation -serving as support for home health aides and residents
This role is based out of our Springfield office (1990 Kingsgate Rd Springfield, OH 45502) Monday-Friday

$17-19/hr
Skills Required
