Evaluate vendors, develop a multi-state platform roadmap, manage project plans and integrations with ADP and Salesforce, coordinate data requirements, oversee upgrades and sprint delivery, manage vendor relationships, and train clinical, billing, HR, and operations teams.

Requires an RN license in good standing; one year of home care leadership experience is preferred.

Ensures pre-employment compliance, conducts orientations, maintains confidential employee records, supports scheduling and visit verification, fields calls, assists with training, coordinates branch supply purchasing, and collaborates with HR and clinical teams.

Provide skilled home health nursing as a Case Manager: perform assessments, make independent clinical decisions, manage caseloads, coordinate care, document visits, travel to patient homes, and assist with physical tasks (lifts up to 50 lbs). Provide skilled home health nursing as a Registered Nurse Case Manager: manage caseloads, make autonomous clinical decisions, deliver one-on-one in-home care, perform physically active tasks, travel to patients' homes, and complete required documentation and background checks.
