We are looking for a Recruitment Staffing Coordinator at our office in Round Rock, TX. Work is performed in a hybrid (primarily from home), from 8AM to 5PM, M-F, located at:

Staffing Coordinators work to ensure our clients’ hiring needs are met. They track and monitor data and identify trends that impact our client’s daily metrics. A Staffing Coordinator must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both fellow employees and external clients and have great diligence in identifying areas for improvement as well as detecting errors. Ideal candidates would have prior recruiting experience.
Essential Functions:
- Audit and maintain recruiting report data.
- Work with SF Success Factors (Recruitment) as well as PeopleSoft.
- Work on monthly due diligence audit reports
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with fellow staff and external client.
- Ability to adapt well to change based on client needs.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Understand and follow client HR policies and procedures.
- Assist client via email and phone.
- Other duties, as assigned by your immediate supervisor and/or manager.
Required Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Basic general knowledge of recruiting best practices.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer operations in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as SAP SuccessFactors highly desired.

Salary Pay Range
Minimum - Maximum:
$33,040.00 - $61,360.00Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography. Strada makes these decisions on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Bonus and/or incentive eligibility are determined by role and level.
