Role Overview

At Ignite, staffing connects our people, client needs, and business priorities. We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, collaborative, and analytical Staffing Analyst to help drive staffing across Vynamic while contributing to broader Ignite Staffing priorities.

Partnering closely with the Staffing Execution Lead, this role will support day-to-day staffing execution, pipeline and stakeholder management, and staffing analytics. The Staffing Analyst will help maintain visibility into talent supply and project demand, connect the right people and information, drive follow-through, and translate data into insights that support effective staffing and workforce decisions.

The Staffing Analyst will report to the Vynamic Staffing Lead and work closely with the Head of Staffing and broader Ignite Staffing team.

What you’ll be doing

60% | Staffing Coordination & Execution

  • Support day-to-day staffing across Vynamic, including new projects, extensions, roll-offs, and evolving resource needs.
  • Maintain visibility into team member availability, skills and experience, project demand, and upcoming staffing needs.
  • Coordinate staffing discussions and follow-through across Account Managers, Deal Leads, Business Development, Practice Leaders, Finance, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to maintain an accurate view of the pipeline and proactively surface staffing needs, risks, and timing considerations.
  • Support available team members in identifying potential opportunities and navigating staffing decisions.
  • Maintain clear, timely staffing information and communications across stakeholders and team members.
  • Identify recurring staffing challenges and opportunities to improve processes or ways of working.

20% | Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain staffing reporting and dashboards across capacity, utilization, pipeline, availability, and demand.
  • Analyze staffing data and translate trends into actionable insights, risks, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Support supply-and-demand forecasting to identify emerging capacity, skill, and hiring needs.
  • Prepare recurring analyses and leadership materials to support workforce and staffing decisions.

10% | Staffing Strategy & Functional Priorities

  • Support Ignite-wide Staffing initiatives focused on process improvement, reporting, technology, resource optimization, and operating model evolution.
  • Provide project management, stakeholder coordination, and implementation support for key Staffing priorities.
  • Help identify and scale effective practices across Vynamic and the broader Ignite Staffing function.

10% | Talent & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with Staffing and Talent Acquisition to translate capacity, demand, and skill needs into hiring priorities.
  • Support staffing and onboarding of new consulting hires.
  • Provide staffing insights that inform talent development, performance, and workforce planning activities.
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated relevant professional experience preferred, such as staffing/resource management, workforce planning, consulting or business operations, talent, or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working with data and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal judgment and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and navigate stakeholders across teams and levels.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and independently drive follow-through.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, reliable information.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with competing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting, visualization, or BI tools is a plus.
