About the role
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and creative Senior Product Designer to join our team at Netskope and contribute to our efforts in creating an amazing experience for our users. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and a passion for creating optimal user experiences. This position demands a systems-thinking approach, strong command of interaction design for high-volume real-time data, and the ability to execute high-quality UX in a fast moving agile environment.
What you will be doing
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and user research teams to ensure high-quality user experience is achieved for Netskope SASE portfolio.
- Produce wireframes, storyboards, concepts, and other collateral to help communicate research results and make the case for new ideas.
- Create designs that adhere to and extend the existing style guide and design system.
- Generate detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful design implementation with attention to user delight, usability, accessibility,scalability and performance.
- Take ownership of critical UX initiatives and drive results with minimal hand-holding.
Required skills and experience
- 7+ years of experience designing and launching products with seamless customer experiences in complex enterprise SaaS platforms.
- B2B product design experience with a keen focus on UX design principles - security, networking or SD-WAN is a big plus.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, user research techniques and usability best practices.
- High level of proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency with AI-powered workflows is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate UX solutions and get buy-in from partners across disciplines including Product, Engineering, and Technical Marketing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and working effectively at strategic as well as tactical levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple competing priorities.
- Review the designs & workflows and gather feedback from the field and customers.
Education
- Bachelor Degree Required, a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design or a related design or behavioral science discipline, or equivalent experience.
