  • Lead the compensation workstream for M&A activities, including due diligence and system integration.
  • Drive the operational rollout of total rewards initiatives and ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop frameworks to measure success and impact of compensation programs and projects.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive practices to ensure programs remain compliant and competitive.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align compensation strategies with broader business goals.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with strong analytical and modeling capabilities.
  • Experience with Workday (Global Benefits/Advanced Compensation) or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through data and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to executive compensation, M&A integration, or global matrixed organizations considered a plus.
