Vidmob is the creative data company. Its scoring software and analytics have become an essential ingredient in the creative and media decisions of the world’s largest marketers and agencies, as they strive to drive business results through improved creative effectiveness. As the leader in creative data, Vidmob’s influence lies in its partnerships and integrations across the digital ad ecosystem, its dozens of proprietary models, and in operating the industry’s most robustly instrumented human-reinforcement learning model for creativity.
Help Vidmob scale delivery across engineering, data science, and product by running critical technical programs end-to-end—and by product-managing a focused slice of our data and partner integration initiatives.
As a growing startup, we believe process is the servant of results and need a pragmatic leader who designs lightweight rituals that are just enough to provide control and visibility without introducing process for process's sake. As AI transforms how products are built, the TPM also needs to be AI-forward.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with the main focus as a technical program manager across all Vidmob engineering and data science teams. There will be some technical product management responsibilities (about 25% of the job) because managing the technical delivery of adtech integrations and data infrastructure projects requires a deep understanding of both delivery mechanisms and business outcomes.
Experience in adtech/martech platforms (or adjacent data-heavy SaaS, analytics, or platform businesses) will help you ramp quickly, especially with partner integrations and enterprise delivery expectations. You understand pipes well.
This position is mostly remote and based in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, or Colombia, with periodic travel to Sao Paulo and our NYC headquarters. As Vidmob’s teams work in English, strong written and oral English skills are a must.
What you’ll do:
Drive iterative delivery: Partner with cross-functional teams from engineering, data science, and product to manage sprints, prioritize backlogs, surface dependencies early, and ensure continuous delivery of value.
Own a slice of the technical product (25%): Act as the product owner for our data ingestion and platform integration initiatives, including ad platform imports, channel coverage, and partner integrations. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and instrumentation.
Ship partner integrations iteratively: Coordinate agile rollouts with external partners. Focus on shipping in small, testable increments while ensuring enterprise-ready reliability.
Work AI-first: Write product docs that are optimized for LLM consumption and AI-assisted engineering workflows. Use agents and internal tooling to automate the mechanics of delivery, including intake, triage, QA, and status reporting, so the team spends its time building rather than tracking.
Run release management: Own release readiness and coordination across teams, and keep delivery status honest enough that leadership does not have to ask for it.
Create execution clarity: Produce crisp artifacts and communicate clearly and widely to prevent surprises and eliminate thrashing across sprints. Keep our initiative, epic, and story structure clean so progress is legible without a meeting.
Build right-sized processes: Continually iterate on how we plan and build. Implement lightweight agile templates and feedback loops that make the organization faster and more adaptive, not heavier.
What we’re looking for:
8+ years in TPM, technical PM, or a hybrid role in fast-paced SaaS, platform, or data environments.
Pragmatic Agile mindset: You have a proven ability to unblock multi-team initiatives with real dependencies and ambiguity. You care more about shipping working software and adapting to change than you do about perfect burndown charts.
Strong product sense mixed with solid tactical skills.
Adtech/Martech expertise: Familiarity with ad and social platform APIs, creative performance data, and ad measurement. Extra points for candidates who have experience in platform integrations and pipes.
Strong technical fluency: You deeply understand APIs, system integrations, data pipelines, and reliability metrics without needing to write the production code yourself.
Excellent writing and artifact discipline: You capture clear epics, sprint goals, status updates, and architectural decisions.
AI-forward practitioner: You don't just talk about AI; you actively use modern tools to accelerate planning, risk management, and communication. And you’re constantly scanning the horizon for ways to use technology to further improve quality and speed.
Direct & proactive: Able to drive alignment with strong stakeholders and operate with outcome-oriented judgment.
Strong oral communication, presentation and English skills: You’re clear and convincing when talking to all levels of the org, from executive product council to scrum teams. You’ll need C1+ English proficiency for maximum effectiveness.
Compensation:
$220k - $335k BRL
