THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager for our Global Analytics team in the United States!
As a member of the ever-growing Global Analytics team at Gympass, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a data-focused culture and helping drive unique strategic initiatives. In this highly malleable role, you will be responsible for the development and ongoing improvements to data operation of Wellhub’s growth strategy, products, technologies, tools, and technical solutions. This includes (but is not limited to) gathering project requirements, negotiating scope/prioritization, direct communication with analytics partners, helping to define data elements and business rules in data sets from a variety of business areas, and working with multiple global teams within the business to analyze and provide solutions as a strategic partner.
YOUR IMPACT
- Bridge the gap between product development team and analytics, using the appropriate agile project management methodology, to ensure the smooth integration of analytics insights into the product development processes;
- Manage cross functional projects that impact analytics capabilities within the product including monitoring initiative schedules, and providing clarity of risks, deadlines and efforts to stakeholders;
- Lead the collaborative cross team decision – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Translate product development releases into downstream analytical impact across company KPIs;
- Lead initiative across squads connecting the architecture and organizing interdependencies across other focus areas, as well as facilitate decision-making around changes in product development, making sure the consequences are understood, and changes are visible
- Apply experience, practical knowledge, and judgment to drive the technical evaluation process, which may include point of contacts, across multi-level internal and external stakeholders
- Guide teams into the Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies and fostering an accountability culture of delivery into the teams
- Track, in collaboration with the product team, problems on the initiatives troubleshoot incidents assessing both impact and risk
- Monitor and give visibility to OKRs, initiative status, and agile metrics identifying bottlenecks, and engage the teams on opportunities of improvements

WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent practical experience;
- Experience in computer/software technology and Analytics that may include an intermediate level of SQL, Data Visualization tools (Tableau), and analytics delivery platforms
- At least 5 years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects that may include Agile methodologies and frameworks;
- Experience with software development processes and agile tools (e.g. Jira, Pivotal Tracker, Bugzilla, etc.);
- Experience with troubleshooting technical issues;
- Knowledge of Data Life Cycle, Architecture, and system integration;
- Ability to speak English fluently;

- Experience in our Tech Stack in general
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $127,357 - $159,197. The base salary range for other locations may vary. The actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
