We're looking for a passionate Technical Program Manager to lead the compliance programs across our Engineering organization.
- You will lead the development of comprehensive compliance programs in collaboration with legal, security, and engineering teams.
- You will identify potential regulatory challenges and develop solutions to address them.
- You’ll ensure compliance requirements are integrated early and effectively into product development, in collaboration with product and engineering leadership, following a “shift left” approach.
- You’ll maintain up-to-date documentation and processes that support ongoing compliance efforts.
- You’ll adjust our strategies based on current industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
What we look for:
- 7+ years of relevant experience leading Technical Programs/Tech Audit/Compliance programs
- Experience with privacy/security/finance/AI regulation (e.g. GDPR/SOX/Security compliance) requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (EE, Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or Finance). Experience in the software industry, in particular, experience working with large-scale software and cloud-native infrastructure companies,
- Experience leading interdepartmental teams to complete projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
- Experience creating and cascading processes and best practices through an organization
- Knowledge of product development process (PDP) and lifecycle
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience using Jira
Additional Qualifications
- Master's or advanced technical degree
- Previous software development experience
- Professional certification such as CISA, CIA or CISSP
