We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Ruby on Rails on the backend and working knowledge of React.js on the frontend.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and APIs while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails.
Work on frontend components using React.js, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and design principles.
Develop scalable microservices and ensure system reliability and performance.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
Contribute to continuous improvement in development processes and practices.
4 - 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and REST API development.
Experience with frontend technologies, particularly TypeScript, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and integration patterns.
Proficiency with databases — MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab) and CI/CD tools.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
