The Staff Support Clinician will report to the Senior Staff Support Clinician and support their role in collaborating with wellbeing team in the assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of staff support program. A focus on interdisciplinary relationships and mentoring is key for the staff support clinician position.
Must have excellent communication and mentorship skills. Must be extremely well organized and approachable to all staff. Maintains an awareness of events that impact staff’s mental health and resiliency. Routinely follows up with staff that have experienced critical events.
