We are seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to design, build, and deliver intelligent Agentic AI solutions. You will bring deep Python engineering expertise combined with strong web application, DevOps, and AWS knowledge. Beyond technical delivery, you will play a key role in technical leadership, mentoring, and shaping engineering standards within the team.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop production-grade Agentic AI solutions using Python, Agent SDKs, and LangGraph
Architect multi-agent workflows, orchestration pipelines, and autonomous reasoning systems
Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support agentic capabilities
Implement observability, tracing, and evaluation frameworks using LangFuse and HoneyHive
Drive LLM evaluation practices including response quality, hallucination detection, and agent performance benchmarking
Champion DevOps best practices — CI/CD, containerisation, IaC, and automated testing
Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure for agentic system deployment and scaling
Lead code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality and security
Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence
Drive adoption of emerging Agentic AI tools and frameworks across the team.
