ABOUT THIS ROLE
Are you passionate about driving innovation, improving infrastructure, and championing DevOps best practices? At Apex Fintech Solutions, we're looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build reliable, scalable solutions that align with our product roadmap.
Dutie/Responsibilities
Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices to enhance system availability, scalability, and efficiency.
Design and execute an improved CI/CD strategy, establishing a robust and streamlined release pipeline.
Oversee the observability program by monitoring critical signals, such as latency, traffic, error rates, and saturation.
Proactively test and ensure the system's flexibility and resilience through disciplined failure identification and recovery efforts.
Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure in AWS to meet high-demand service requirements.
Containerize and implement auto-scaling solutions for infrastructure components.
Drive impactful improvements in infrastructure automation.
Maintain a growth-oriented mindset and constantly seek to evolve as an engineer.
Education and or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
5+ years of prior work experience in the DevOps space.
Experience in supporting AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, Data Pipelines) and managing distributed AWS environments.
Required Skills/Abilities
Proficiency in implementing logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies using tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk, or similar.
Strong skills in containerizing applications (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Bash, Python), configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible), and version control systems.
A collaborative mindset with an ability to foster meaningful relationships and achieve shared goals within a team.
Ability to manage time efficiently and is highly collaborative
Work Environment

Salary Range
$141,000-$176,250The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
