As part of the Product Experience Group within AOD, we are looking for a Software Engineer with deep expertise in front-end technology who will be responsible for:

• Working with multiple product teams across various domains like DevOps, Automation, AIOps, ValueOps and more, building modern, consistent, intuitive and innovative experiences;

• Collaborating with a multi-functional team to define work that will meet organizational objectives;

• Experimenting with new technologies that improve our software;

• Contributing to team and organizational best practices;

• Driving best practices for engineering across the organization;

• Working closely with design, product management, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices;

• Reviewing and optimizing app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively;

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you need to have:

• 8+ of relevant work experience as a full stack engineer, excelling in technologies across both frontend and backend

To be successful, you will come to this role with solid development skills and a collaborative mindset and possess:

• A track record of well-executed challenging engineering projects

• Enthusiasm and proactivity about collaborating with customers, Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and other UX Designers to understand needs and deliver great experiences

• Efficiency in working with AI and Agentic Frameworks

• Passion to learn new technologies, new methods, and new skills

• A good understanding of Agile teams, practices, and principles

• Proficiency with frameworks such as Stencil, React, Angular et al

• Proficiency developing services and micro-services using node, express and other technologies

• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, JavaScript, Web Components

• Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools

• Knowledge of and/or experience with WCAG accessibility standards

• Knowledge of GraphQL, Elasticsearch

• Exposure to Data Structures and Algorithms
