Job Summary**
The Staff Recruiter for Primoris Energy Services will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of craft, skilled trades, and professional positions supporting our diverse energy projects across various locations. This role will involve partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage the full recruitment life cycle for a variety of positions within Primoris Energy Services, including but not limited to craft, skilled trades, project management, engineering, and administrative roles.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, industry contacts, and applicant tracking systems.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
* Guide candidates through the interview process, providing timely feedback and managing expectations.
* Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages in accordance with company guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to promote Primoris Energy Services as an employer of choice.
* Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
* 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for experience in the energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
* Demonstrated success in recruiting craft, skilled trades, and professional roles.
* Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools.
* Strong understanding of recruiting methodologies, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
* Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
* Ability to travel occasionally to project sites or career events as needed.
