Job Description:

As a Staff Quality Engineer, you will drive quality engineering strategy, automation best practices, and lead our QA technical roadmap across our engineering teams. You'll lead quality initiatives, improve automation frameworks, and champion reliability, scalability, and efficiency in software development across Datasite Enterprise applications.

Preferred location is the Minneapolis, MN area. Our employees work a few days per month in our downtown Minneapolis office. Please note, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement quality engineering strategies across teams.
• Architect and enhance test automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
• Drive test reporting, CI/CD best practices, and test reliability.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality releases and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide Quality Engineers to enhance testing culture and standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in test automation, performance, and reliability engineering.
• Strong leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing engineering practices.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test frameworks, and engineering principles.
• Expertise in coding (Python, Java, or similar) and automation frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional quality initiatives at scale.

The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.  Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

$96,500.00 - $168,400.00
