Ready to be the orchestrator behind the voice of our most strategic customers? Join Industries Cloud, a powerhouse fueling Salesforce's exponential growth, and become the linchpin of our Product Advisory Councils (PACs) – the high-impact forum where executive insights directly shape the future of our industry-leading solutions. In this role, you will become a super connector, forging partnerships with PAC researchers and product teams to hand-select visionary customers and influential stakeholders who will contribute to groundbreaking insights to our product roadmaps. You will also be the champion and owner of continuous operational optimization to unlock opportunities to elevate the PAC experience for our researchers, stakeholders and customers. This role does require some days in a Salesforce office setting. 

Your Impact
  • Source Key Executives: You will actively identify and recruit top customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to enrich the PAC Program with diverse perspectives.

  • Streamline Executive Communication: You'll manage the complete invitation and communication lifecycle for executive participants and internal sales teams, ensuring clarity and engagement at every touchpoint.

  • Contribute to Strategic Growth: You will play a key role in leading operational optimization that directly contributes to the strategic growth and product vision of PAC. You will develop expertise in identifying and proposing solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the PAC program.

  • Establish Operational Foundations: You will leverage R&I tools and resources to create and maintain the essential templates, process documentation, and communication plans that drive efficient PAC sessions.

  • Organize Critical Data: You will manage and update the customer and research databases, ensuring accurate and accessible information on our PAC members. You will partner with finance and research operations on budget planning and management for the PAC Program.

  • Measure and Refine Program Effectiveness: You will conduct analysis to regularly evaluate the PAC Program's impact, implementing data-driven enhancements and optimizations.

  • Champion Best Practices: You will collaborate with broader research teams to implement and optimize best practices and systems within our operations.

  • Support Global Events: You will have the opportunity to travel domestically and internationally to provide on-site logistical support for key PAC engagements.

Minimum Requirements

  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent experience of at least 3- 5 years in B2B Research/UX operations, customer programs or project management capacity

  • Excellent communication skills—you can quickly establish an easy rapport with a wide variety of people including executive leadership through both speaking and writing while keeping consistent with formal business language and etiquette as necessary

  • Experience concurrently coordinating multiple fast-moving projects of varying levels of complexity and follow-through

  • The operational mindset that drives efficiency across the team while maximizing their overall impact

  • Creative, analytical, and methodical in approach to problem-solving - able to identify problems, make reasoned decisions with imperfect or ambiguous information, and be proactive in identifying and recommending the best path forward

  • Able to learn new and various project management tools to track the projects deliverables, timelines, and keep teams informed

  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite

  • Project Management skills

Bonus: Experience managing communications with C-level executives and/or planning and providing white-glove service at customer events enterprise platforms, or the CRM space
