Position Overview:
The Staff Program Manager will lead strategic Digital Workplace transformation programs that enhance technology service delivery and employee experiences. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional initiatives focused on AI, automation, operational modernization, and digital workplace innovation while ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of strategic Digital Workplace transformation programs and initiatives.
- Manage program scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and communications across multiple workstreams and collaborator groups.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, achievements, success metrics, and executive-level reporting to provide transparency into program health and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Service Desk, Enterprise Systems Management, Field Services, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), and related technology functions to achieve strategic objectives.
- Drive initiatives focused on AI-enabled services, automation, operational efficiency improvements, and enhanced employee technology experiences.
- Partner with internal customers, leadership teams, and strategic suppliers to ensure successful program delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Support change management, adoption, and communication efforts to improve the organizational impact, user adoption, and business value realization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience leading complex programs, projects, or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving multiple partner groups and organizational functions.
- Demonstrated success delivering critical initiatives within global and matrixed organizations.
- Experience supporting IT service delivery functions such as Service Desk, Enterprise Systems Management, Field Services, Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Computing, or related areas.
- Experience creating executive communications, leadership presentations, program dashboards, and business reviews.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience leading digital transformation, automation, employee experience, operational modernization, or workplace technology initiatives.
- Experience working within Digital Workplace, IT Operations, Service Delivery, Enterprise Systems Management, Field Services, End User Computing, or Service Desk organizations.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation technologies, and emerging digital workplace trends.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, supplier engagements, and third-party service providers.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, Prosci, or an equivalent program management credential.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, change management, and executive influence skills with a track record of driving organizational adoption and business outcomes.
