We are seeking a Product Manager to lead product initiatives for our enterprise SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in Identity and Access Managemen(IAM),GRC, with strong product execution skills to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact features that drive security, compliance, and customer trust at scale.
You will own the roadmap for governance and compliance capabilities, including access reviews, segregation of duties analysis, role and entitlement management, and risk insights. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to translate complex requirements into simple, effective, and scalable product experiences. The role requires the ability to think both strategically and technically balancing market demands, compliance mandates, and platform architecture considerations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead agile ceremonies - backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Define and deliver the roadmap for Access Governance and Application Security modules.
- Partner with stakeholders and customers to capture needs, translate them into detailed product requirements, and manage end-to-end execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams on secure integrations across enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Workday, Salesforce, Hyperscalers etc.
- Drive analytics-based decision making; define KPIs for adoption, security posture improvement, and compliance outcomes.
- Ensure the product aligns with GRC frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Champion innovation in automation, AI-driven insights, and microservice-based product scalability.

WHAT YOU BRING
- 8–10+ years of total experience with at least 4 years in Product Management or Technical Product Ownership.
- Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Access
- Exposure to GRC tools or frameworks; hands-on familiarity with integrations for SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.
- Ability to lead the development of AI projects from start to finish.
- Knowledge of LLM ecosystems, AI strategies, MCP, A2E, recommendation
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS architectures, Kubernetes, APIs, and
- Proficiency with JIRA, Aha!, and related product management tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
