Responsibilities
- Lead the roadmap for Direct Debits across both funding and collections.
- Expand product coverage from 5 to 20 markets, guided by client demand and risk/revenue alignment.
- Launch programmable, faster settlement options and orchestrated flows (e.g., retries, on-demand billing).
- Align with Risk, Ops, and Legal on return handling, SLAs, and regulated rollout criteria.
- Partner with third-party providers where needed to accelerate corridor expansion.
- Work closely with enterprise clients to support high-value flows across global regions.
Requirements
- 6–10 years in product management, including 3+ in payments, banking, or fintech infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of Direct Debits, including ACH, SEPA Core/B2B, return handling, and risk tiers.
- Experience with use cases involving account-to-account funding, Request to Pay, or merchant acquiring via non-card rails.
- Proven track record managing complex roadmaps and launching products across multiple countries.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, risk, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
- Ability to balance client urgency, product complexity, and operational constraints.
