Description

Verily is recruiting a visionary and results-oriented Staff Product Manager to lead our consumer-facing product strategy for VerilyMe. Reporting to the VP of Product, Care Solutions, you will oversee the consumer-facing application population, focusing on leveraging data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive transformative impact.

This role requires a leader with a strong Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) background in wellness, fitness, or health-adjacent areas. You will define and drive the product roadmap to meet the evolving needs of our users, improve health outcomes, and align with the company's overall strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with a group of talented product managers and work closely with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, and UX to deliver cutting-edge solutions powered by AI and rich healthcare data.

Responsibilities
  • Vision and Strategy: Must understand the market and consumer needs in order to develop and articulate a clear vision and strategy for the consumer population using VerilyMe, with an emphasis on using AI and data to personalize care and improve consumer outcomes.

  • DTC Growth and Engagement: Collaborate across product teams to ensure prioritization and execution of features that drive user growth, onboarding, and long-term engagement loops.

  • User-Centric Development: Champion a user-centric approach to ensure consumer health solutions are intuitive, efficient, and provide meaningful value through AI-driven insights and human in the loop clinical care.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and AI-driven insights to inform product decisions, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement in the consumer journey.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on the strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, or related informatics).

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on high-engagement Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) software products. Prefer experience with wellness, fitness, or health-adjacent and specifically freemium experience.

  • Demonstrated success in growth and retention metrics (e.g., activation rates, retention curves, and DAU/MAU).

  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and consumer analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or PhD).

  • Deep passion for consumer wellness and experience building engaging digital experiences for a general population.

  • Familiarity with behavioral science principles and their application in digital products.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment with the deployment of AI/ML models within consumer workflows.

  • Strong communication skills to engage with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on complex data topics.

This role is eligible for Verily-sponsored immigration support.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$244,500 + bonus  + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
