Design, implement, and automate scalable, secure, cost-efficient cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP/AWS) using IaC and GitOps. Define cloud requirements, enforce architecture standards and compliance (HIPAA/GDPR/FedRAMP), build observability and incident management for high availability, reduce operational toil via self-service automation, and evangelize cloud best practices across engineering teams.

Own the Workbench platform’s observability, telemetry, FinOps, customer budgeting, support tools, documentation, and enablement strategy. Leads complex technical programs for consumer and care digital health products, guiding initiatives from concept and technical design through launch and production release. Partners with engineering, product, clinical, UX, legal, privacy, security, and executive stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and alignment. Establishes program management standards, drives operational excellence, and improves organizational efficiency. Experience with FDA-regulated design control environments and digital health is preferred.

Develop and deliver software features for Verily Workbench and Pre Platform solutions. Collaborate across teams to define requirements, coordinate dependencies, communicate design decisions, and solve technical challenges. Build cloud-based software using Google Cloud, Go, Java, React, Terraform, and Kubernetes for secure data, research, and AI development workflows.

Develops and executes recruitment strategies across business units, analyzes hiring metrics, manages sourcing and selection processes, oversees agency relationships, supports employer branding and DEI initiatives, partners on talent management programs, and leads a talent acquisition team.

Build and lead Verily’s global talent acquisition function, owning talent strategy, recruiting systems, workforce planning alignment, and employer branding. Lead executive recruiting in partnership with the C-suite, advise leadership and HR partners on talent management, and recruit across engineering, clinical, data science, and business teams. Mentor a global recruiting team while establishing scalable processes, forecasting models, candidate experience standards, and an AI-forward talent acquisition technology strategy.

Owns enterprise account relationships and sales processes for Verily’s life sciences and medtech clients. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, presenting value propositions, negotiating contracts, collaborating with technical sales and delivery teams, gathering market feedback, and driving bookings and revenue growth.

Leads customer success for Care Delivery accounts across health plans, providers, employers, and partners. Manages account managers, drives retention, renewals, expansion, product adoption, customer governance, executive relationships, implementation tracking, QBRs, and customer advocacy. Standardizes success processes and recruits, trains, and develops the account management team.

Develops and executes corporate, executive, internal, media, and stakeholder communications programs. Leads employee communications, executive messaging, thought leadership, media relations, and reputation-building initiatives. Partners cross-functionally on product launches, clinical milestones, corporate programs, agency management, and compliant communications. Builds relationships with patient advocacy organizations, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders while translating complex healthcare and technology concepts into compelling narratives.

Administers health, welfare, and 401(k) plans; leads annual open enrollment; ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and related requirements. The Account Executive owns relationships with small and medium pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and disease organization clients, collaborating with technical sales, implementation, marketing, and delivery teams to generate bookings and revenue.

Drive end-to-end software delivery for data exploration, processing, and the Verily Workbench platform. Manage cross-team dependencies, agile ceremonies, roadmaps, KPIs, risks, and organizational change. Partner with engineering, product, quality, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives predictably. Build and own significant capabilities for a cloud-native developer platform serving over 600 developers. Design and implement self-service infrastructure using Kubernetes, Backstage, Terraform, IDE extensions, CI/CD, AI, and other open-source technologies. Collaborate across teams, ensure reliable production releases, improve monitoring and code health, and deliver secure, scalable developer experiences.
