Job Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.

Managing enterprise fraud prevention across dynamic wireless brands introduces complex operational risks, revenue loss from emerging threats, and integration friction across platform ecosystems. This role resolves systemic margin leakage and platform vulnerabilities by establishing cohesive fraud prevention strategies and managing the end-to-end fraud product lifecycle. Through cross-functional leadership and specialized analyst management, the position drives robust integrations across usage, device, subscription, supply chain, and dealer channels. Ultimately, these efforts safeguard corporate assets, streamline platform expansions, and protect profitability across the entire wireless business.

What Success Looks Like (Objectives):

  • Define and execute the enterprise Fraud Product strategy and roadmap across all wireless brands to protect margin assurance
  • Manage product requirements documentation and prioritize features with business partners to address critical security vulnerabilities
  • Oversee the evolution of the fraud platform lifecycle and direct integrations across Boost, Ting, MVNE, MNO, and PaaS environments
  • Evaluate external vendor solutions, assess product enhancements against operational costs, and lead fraud platform integration for new business acquisitions
  • Leverage AI Application capabilities to enhance anomaly detection, automate fraud pattern analysis, and optimize threat mitigation models

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring):

  • Critical experience in developing fraud platforms, managing complex business requirements, and driving end-to-end product lifecycles
  • Deep understanding of the fraud solutions marketplace, margin assurance frameworks, and emerging telecom risk vectors
  • AI Application skills to evaluate predictive risk models, streamline threat detection workflows, and enhance fraud analytics
  • Ability to partner with external vendors, evaluate platform enhancement costs, and align technical solutions with business objectives
  • Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional decision-making capabilities across product development cycles

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Preferred Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in the Wireless and/or Telecom industries
  • Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 7 years of experience with:
    • Fraud platform development, margin assurance, and integration lifecycle management
    • Complex business requirement gathering and product requirement documentation (PRD) creation
    • Wireless or telecom infrastructure environments including MVNE, MNO, or PaaS ecosystems

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
