Role Overview
HighLevel is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Growth to drive activation, feature adoption, product-led expansion, and retention across the entire Email Charter. In this role, you will be responsible for turning new and existing agencies into active email power users by optimizing onboarding funnels, designing viral product-led growth (PLG) mechanics, running continuous experimentation programs, and directly linking email feature adoption to customer lifecycle value and ARR.
Key Responsibilities

Design frictionless onboarding journeys that accelerate time-to-value for agencies and sub-accounts configuring email templates, sending campaigns, and launching sequences.
2. Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) & Viral Expansion
Implement PLG loops, feature discovery nudges, template sharing ecosystems, and in-app monetization/upsell prompts to expand email usage across sub-accounts.
3. Build & Scale Experimentation Pipeline
Establish a high-velocity A/B testing framework covering onboarding flows, feature paywalls, pricing tiers, and campaign setup wizards to continuously improve conversion rates.
4. Track Product Analytics & Campaign ROI
Define and monitor core activation funnels, usage decay metrics, and feature retention cohorts, demonstrating a clear correlation between email usage and platform retention.
5. Execute Cross-Functional Growth Strategy
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to deploy targeted growth campaigns and adoption initiatives.
