SpecterOps is searching for an experienced operator with experience using BloodHound CE and Legacy who is interested in moving into the Product Management space to focus on building and maintaining BloodHound CE. BloodHound CE (https://specterops.io/bloodhound-community-edition/) is a Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) product that enables security practitioners to reveal the hidden and often unintended relationships within an Active Directory or Azure environment. Both red and blue teams can use BloodHound to better understand privileged relationships in an Active Directory or Azure environment. BloodHound CE is the basis on which BloodHound Enterprise (https://specterops.io/bloodhound-overview/) is built.
Salary Range: $155,000 – 175,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.
Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S., with optional quarterly travel for in-person company events and other ad hoc meetings.
- Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with users of the features shared across the BloodHound platform, including BloodHound Slack, SpecterOps’ consultants, and BloodHound Enterprise customers, to identify and design new and updated product functionalities.
- Partner with other Product Managers, Technical Project Managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with product training, enablement materials, and issue resolution.
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of hands-on-keyboard experience executing offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures, including 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
