What You'll Do:
- Develop, communicate, and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Navan’s strategic goals.
- Drive product features and enhancements, managing tradeoffs and prioritizing initiatives based on impact and business value.
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand their evolving needs and challenges, translating insights into actionable product requirements.
- Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams throughout all phases of product development, from ideation to launch.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions, especially in ambiguous situations.
- Hands on data oriented decision making and insight gathering
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, iterating on the product based on data and feedback.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management, communicating product updates and priorities clearly across all levels of the organization.
What We’re Looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in product management within the technology sector, ideally with SaaS or B2B/B2C, or AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of building and scaling complex, user-facing products from concept to launch, including both discovery and optimization phases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities and driving consensus.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable digging deep into complex data to inform decisions and measure product success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Passion for travel technology and a desire to make business travel better for everyone.
- Passion for learning new skills and working in a dynamic, high pace team
